Cabin cancellations made more than 29 days prior to arrival date, we will refund the deposit, minus a $25 service charge. For cabin cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit. For cabins canceled 14  or fewer days prior to arrival, Ash Grove will retain the entire deposit.  For cancellations of stays during major holidays, the time frames above are doubled. In extenuating circumstances, we can transfer the cabin deposit to other dates.  The transferred deposit is not refundable. 

Changing dates may result in a cancellation fee.

Failure to show or early departures due to weather, fire bans, etc, will receive no refund.

Pet Policy Pets are allowed in the Dogwood Den cabin. Pets are not permitted in any of the other cabins. Pets must be current on their vaccinations and on a flea control program. Pets must be on a leash or chain when outside the cabin. Pets must not be a nuisance to other guests (e.g., barking). Pets should not be left unattended for long periods. Clean up after your pet.

Having Visitors While at Ash Grove  Our facilities are for our registered guests only, unless prior arrangements have been made. There may be an additional charge for visitors during peak times. Guests are responsible for their visitors' behavior. No overnight visitors. Visitors must leave by 10:00pm.

Parking On our mountaintop, flat areas for parking are extremely limited. One and two bedroom cabins are allowed to have up to 2 vehicles per cabin, and the 3BR cabin is allowed up to 3 vehicles. There will be an extra charge for additional vehicles.

Amenities  While we try our best to keep amenities such as the hot tub, gas log fireplaces, etc in good repair, circumstances beyond our control sometimes prevent them from being available.  There is no refund or rate reduction in such circumstances.

• Speed limit is "Dead Slow"--there are children, pets & wildlife here.
  
• Outdoor quiet time is 10pm to 8am.  Excessively loud behavior is unacceptable at any hour.
• Playground, badminton & horseshoes are open 9am to 8pm.  Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent.
• Parents are responsible for their children and/or pets.  Do not leave them unattended nor allow their loudness disturb other guests.
• No bikes are allowed inside the cabins, on porches or in the bathhouse.
• Absolutely no cutting or damaging standing trees.
• Do not collect or harm any plant life or wildlife.
  

Hot Tub Rules

• Everyone must shower first (to remove dirt, oils & lotions).
• Hot tub closed 11pm to 6am.
• No one under 18 allowed inside the fence.
• No glass inside fence.
• No pets inside fence.
• Keep noise to a whisper after 10pm.
• No skinny dipping before 7:30pm.
